A consultation call might be a good option!
Consultation Calls
Consultation calls are done before a first appointment is scheduled. Calls are usually about 15-20 minutes and always free. They give you a chance to get a feel for me before committing to a full session and give me a chance to hear about what you're looking for and to confirm that I think I could be a good fit. You have no obligation to schedule an appointment after a consultation call.
If you'd prefer to have a longer, more in-depth conversation to decide if we're a good fit, you're welcome to schedule a first session without a call. However, a first session is billed to you or your insurance (so, not free). Also, one or both of us might decide we're not a good fit to move forward in working together, and that experience can sometimes be frustrating or disappointing because you've already invested time and energy.
